Council of Chairs Fall 2026 Meetings Schedule

COC Meeting Days and Times

The Council of Chairs meets monthly during the academic year. COC meetings are always held on the first Wednesday of the month from 4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Meetings are mostly on Zoom and occasionally hybrid.

COC 2026 Fall Meeting Dates

  • Sep. 2 Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m.(Zoom Meeting)
  • Oct. 7 Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m. (Hybrid Meeting)
    • Hybrid Meeting with refreshments! (Room TBD for in person as well as in Gian’s Zoom room)
    • 4:00 p.m.-4:15 p.m. Meeting Guest: Provost Lara Luetkehans will give an overview of academic affairs issues
    • 4:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Meeting Guests: Provost Lara Luetkehans and APSCUF President Ken Sherwood will do a Q&A with the IUP Chairs
    • 5:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Dinner
  • Nov. 4 Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m. (Zoom Meeting)
  • Dec. 2 Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.-5:15 p.m. (Zoom Meeting)
